Mongo Allen

An author, illustrator and film producer, Mongo Allen is currently sharing with the world his latest creative work—a series of adventures featuring the Bobos, fun-loving creatures that live in tree houses in secluded areas near parks and forests. Written and illustrated by this imaginative Oklahoman, these lively tales are sure to entertain all age groups.

Mr. Allen has worked in mental health and education for more than two decades using his unique skillset to train employees functioning in high-stress position. He has created strategies and methods to train hospitals and schools to become exceptional Hope Care Providers, using faith as a key component in building hope in the lives of people suffering from mental illness, generational poverty, and at-risk conditions.

After graduating from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a bachelor's degree in graphic art, he furthered his education at the University of Central Oklahoma with master's degrees both in education and education administration.
